Ingredients:
1 cup of water
1–2 stems of fresh Tulsi (Holy Basil) leaves
2–3 whole black peppercorns
1–2 teaspoons of honey (optional)
Method:
Add the tulsi leaves and pepper to a cup of water.
Bring it to a boil and let it simmer for a few minutes.
Strain the mixture into a cup.
Add honey if desired.
Drink it warm—early in the morning on an empty stomach, before eating any solid food.
